This is thought provoking read (thanks to Peter Bill for the twitter share). A New York skyscraper (One Vanderbil), which opened in 2020 boasting green credentials (including on-site energy generation), is "already out of date". Environmental thinking, and of course technology, has already moved on. 

How do you future proof real estate for this natural progress, arguably accelerating now more than ever? This question is all the more pertinent as onsite energy generation increases (see this interesting example from Tritax Symmetry). And as investment (and occupiers) steers towards the "greenest" buildings, surely there are already those, perhaps like One Vanderbil, that are at risk of being left behind?
