Associate, Property Litigation

Harvey is an Associate in the Property Litigation team.

His practice focuses on commercial property litigation, advising on a range of matters including business lease renewals, dilapidations, easements, rent and service charge disputes and lease terminations. He additionally advises in respect of residential disputes concerning possession proceedings, rent arrears, breach of covenants, rights of way, boundary and party wall disputes. Additionally, Harvey has experience advising on property related professional negligence matters.

Harvey's client base includes a diverse range of institutional investors and funds, office and retail clients, developers, and high net worth individuals.

He routinely acts in County Court and High Court proceedings and has also assisted in respect of a matter progressing to the Court of the Appeal and now Supreme Court.

Harvey graduated from the University of Bristol in 2017 and from the University of Law in 2018. He trained at Winckworth Sherwood LLP and qualified into the Property Litigation team there in 2020. He joined Forsters LLP in 2022.
