Christine Dubignon

Partner, Corporate

Christine is a highly experienced corporate lawyer who has a detailed track record of working with investors, family offices, high net worth individuals and property companies on large and complex deals, often with an international element.

Her work covers a variety of corporate matters, including share and asset sales, restructurings, shareholder arrangements, and limited liability partnership arrangements. She has particular experience in the areas of acquisitions and disposals, and joint ventures.

Christine's focus is to provide a robust project management approach to all corporate deals and she is recognised by clients as being hands on and proactive, often tailoring strategies to the specific needs of her client.

Her approach is to drive forward transactions by ensuring clients and their wider advisory teams are fully appraised at every stage of the process, and she is highly regarded for ensuring the complexities of transactions are dealt with in a calm and efficient manner.

Christine joined Forsters in 2015. She was previously a Partner at Howard Kennedy, where she qualified as a Solicitor in 2006.

Christine is recognised as a 'Top Recommended Lawyer' in the Spear's 2021 Corporate Lawyer Index as well as in the Spear's 500 2023 directory.
