Recognising that each matter is complex and can be approached from multiple angles, Nina makes sure she understands client expectations and needs before anything else. Bringing her responsive approach, attention to detail, and commercial advice to all her mandates, she is driven by establishing a foundation of trust with her clients.

She is an integral member of the employment and partnership law team and assists in advising on a diverse range of employment issues for companies and individuals. Her experience includes employment, immigration and litigation, with matters involving employment tribunal litigation and managing internal HR process such as redundancies, disciplinary and grievance procedures. She also helps drafting employment documentation including contracts of employment and policy documents. Nina joined us in 2021 and has experience from both regional employment law specialists and Eversheds Sutherland LLP.
