Ryan Smale

Senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate

Ryan is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team. He has experience in a broad range of commercial property work, including development, acquisitions, disposals, asset management and real estate finance.

He represents a variety of clients including developers, lenders, property investors and occupiers. Ryan has an interest in trends impacting the real estate sector and has provided comment to the Evening Standard on turnover rents.

Ryan graduated from the University of Exeter in 2014 with a degree in Politics and Sociology before completing the GDL and LPC at the University of Law, Bloomsbury in 2016. He trained at Irwin Mitchell LLP and qualified into their Commercial Real Estate practice in 2018. Ryan joined Forsters in April 2021.
