Daniel Burr

Senior Associate, Construction

Daniel is a Solicitor in the Construction team and specialises in non-contentious matters.

His experience includes drafting, negotiating and advising on JCT forms of building contract, professional team appointments, collateral warranties, third party rights and surety documents. He has experience of various procurement methods including traditional procurement and design and build procurement.

Daniel acts for a range of clients including institutions, developers and private individuals and also advises on construction matters arising from agreements for lease, development agreements, acquisitions and disposals.

He graduated from Durham University in 2009 with a BA in Combined Social Sciences (Philosophy and Politics). Daniel completed his Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School, London, before completing his training and qualifying with Forsters in 2014.
