Katya Churchill
Associate, Property LitigationKatya is an Associate in the Property Litigation Team.
She advises clients in relation to both commercial and residential property disputes.
She has experience in possession claims, leasehold enfranchisement, breach of lease rights and a variety of other landlord and tenant disputes. Katya’s client base includes a range of institutional investors, estates, and individuals.
Katya read French at the University of Bristol and the Paris-Sorbonne University, graduating in 2016. She completed her GDL, LPC and LLM at BPP University. She trained at Lee Bolton Monier-Williams LLP and joined the Property Litigation department at Forsters LLP on qualification in 2022.
