Dan Easom

Senior Associate, Construction

Dan is a Senior Associate in the Construction team, specialising in non-contentious construction law.

He is experienced in drafting, negotiating and advising on JCT forms of building contract, professional team appointments, collateral warranties, third party rights and security documentation. Dan also has experience in carrying out due diligence in relation to the sale, purchase and funding of various types of real estate asset.

Dan has previously acted for a wide variety of clients in the construction sector including; developers, funders, purchasers and sellers.

He graduated with a Law degree from Durham University (Josephine Butler College) in 2014, which involved studying Law at the University of Hannover in Germany during his third year. Dan trained and qualified as a solicitor at Ashurst LLP in 2018, before joining Forsters in October 2020.
