Senior Associate, Property Litigation

Nick is a Senior Associate in the Property Litigation team at Forsters specialising in commercial property disputes.

He advises on all matters across the commercial spectrum but with a particular focus on restrictive covenants, joint venture disputes, vacant possession strategies, termination or renewal of business tenancies, dilapidations, possession and forfeiture proceedings, professional negligence claims and matters requiring injunctive relief.

Nick’s clients include institutional landlords, asset managers, pension funds, property developers and estates and all in between across the commercial property field.

He qualified in 2016 joining the property litigation team at IBB Law LLP, and moved to Forsters in January 2023.
