Adrian Palladino

Associate, Corporate

Adrian is an Associate in the Corporate team.

He has experience advising clients on general corporate matters, capital raising, statutory buy-backs of company securities, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures and private company acquisitions and disposals.

Adrian qualified as a lawyer in New South Wales Australia and worked at Herbert Smith Freehills in Sydney where he was a member of the firm’s corporate team before joining Forsters in May 2023. Adrian has undertaken secondments at UBS and Boral Limited as in-house legal counsel.

He graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with Bachelor of Laws (Honours).
