Nicola Copsey
Senior Associate, Commercial Real EstateNicola is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team.
She has a broad range of experience covering all aspects of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and asset management work with a particular interest in the student accommodation sector. She has advised developers and overseas investors on the acquisition, development, management and disposal of student accommodation schemes.
Nicola acts for a variety of clients with a focus on institutional pension funds and investors, particularly within the industrial and logistics sphere.
She studied Law with European Law at Nottingham University. She completed the LPC at The University of Law and joined Forsters as a trainee in 2015 where she qualified in 2017.
