Not surprisingly, the Queen has mentioned the role of telecommunications in her speech today and the Government's proposals to extend 5G mobile coverage.
Whilst we wait to see final drafts of relevant legislation, with many debates between land owners and operators ongoing, it remains to be seen whether a suitable balance can ever be achieved between providing the nation with great network coverage and land owners forgoing rights for very little (if any) benefit.
