2020 was not all doom and gloom when it came to the sales figures for super prime London properties (those worth more than £7.3 million). According to Knight Frank, two thirds of these sales were not to UK buyers, and that bodes well for further inward investment in London over the year ahead whilst affordability remains one important factor for buyers.
London had the highest number of super-luxury home purchases of any city in the world during 2020, outperforming its traditional rivals of New York and Hong Kong.
