Now this really is something to write home about. That Citi have refinanced to the tune of £340m two of London's top hotels - the Connaught and the Berkeley, should put a bounce in our step. Its good to see some confidence in the leisure industry and I hope this is something we will see more of. The pandemic may have bought the shutters down on the hotel industry the world over but London is still a top tourist attraction long term.

Lenders keep faith with London’s super-prime hotels in £340m loan deal. The long-term refinancing facility for the Connaught and the Berkeley, two of London’s most luxurious hotels, was arranged by US bank Citi.
